Winery review: A sweet but balanced wine with a generous mouth feel. The distinct aroma and flavor of fresh Concord grapes. -Winemaker's Notes
My review: I had this wine at Passover dinner, it is a very common Jewish wine. I had four cups of this wine, which is tradition at Passover dinner so I had plenty of tasting to review this wine. And even after four cups the only distinct flavors I could find were alcohol and grape juice. Basically, it's glorified alcoholic grape juice, and to be honest it's pretty delicious. Because of its lack of complex flavors it pairs well with most foods, for this dinner I drank this wine with beef brisket, salad, sweet potatoes, vegetables and flourless chocolate cake.
